Head of Fundraising

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Head of Fundraising to successfully contribute to the creation and implementation of Big C’s current and new fundraising initiatives and activities, and the management of key relationships.  This will include leadership and development of our small team of fundraising and events staff and volunteers and collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals.

It’s an exciting time to join Big C as we set out our ambitious plans to ensure we are placed at the heart of the Norfolk and Waveney community, further strengthening our position as an independent local charity.  This is to enable us to help even more local people affected by cancer through supporting people day to day, funding vital equipment, investing in research and educating for the future.

If you have recent experience in a fundraising or events management role, have great leadership skills, can inspire action, have heaps of enthusiasm, great communication and organisation skills and are passionate about joining us on our mission, we would love to hear from you. 

Your normal place of work will be our Head Office within Norwich Research Park, working 35 hours over 5 days per week.  As the role involves some travel around Norfolk, you will need access to a car with a full driving licence.Please see the full job description for this role.
