The Engagement Department at Blind Veterans UK is looking for a collaborative and committed candidate with excellent fundraising skills who is able to lead a team to secure funds from companies, trusts & foundations.

Working as a key member of the Engagement Department, the role will require you to:

  • Further develop and then implement the plan to win, retain and develop fundraising partnerships with companies, trusts & foundations

  • Lead and manage a team of fundraisers and researchers to achieve/surpass targets

  • Manage and maximise the value of fundraising partnerships, as part of the engagement strategy

  • Work collaboratively with other senior managers to achieve wider engagement and organisational goals

You will be an experienced professional with a proven track record of developing beneficial fundraising partnerships with companies, trusts & foundations.  You will also be an excellent manager.
