Bromley & Croydon Women’s Aid is seeking to recruit a Senior Fundraising and Development Officer, a person who will help us secure funding to run high-quality services for survivors of domestic abuse, and who is passionate about making our charity sustainable.

You will work closely with the Senior Management Team and you will secure funding from a range of sources, including local authority, trusts & foundations, corporate partnerships and individual giving.

You will develop BCWA’s fundraising strategy in line with the organisation's business plan. You will also develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and work closely with the Senior Management Team to achieve the organisation’s development goals.

You will have significant professional experience of business development and fundraising acquired in the corporate or charity sector, as well as experience of building and managing relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including donors and project partners.

BCWA are a well-established domestic abuse charity in South London supporting survivors of domestic abuse and other forms of violence against women. We are seeking a motivated, flexible and experienced individual to join our team to help us deliver excellent services and tackle domestic abuse in our community.

Job Title: Senior Fundraising and Development Officer

Hours: Full time (35 hours)

Contract Type: Full time and permanent

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
