Head of Individual Giving

An exciting role to be a member of the Senior Leadership team in the Fundraising and Communications department, the Head of Individual Giving plays a key role within Brooke’s fundraising strategy.  At a crucial time this role will lead on the development and long term planning of Brooke’s largest area of income as we look at the next strategic phase.

The role will lead the Direct Marketing team, Legacy Marketing and Administration team and Community and Corporate Fundraising Team.

The Head of Individual Giving will work closely with other Fundraising Heads of Department to develop and implement Brooke’s digital engagement strategy.

We are looking for a highly experienced fundraiser with senior management experience and the ability to provide strategic direction, leadership and motivation to the specialist individual giving fundraising teams they will manage.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of generating income through digital channels, direct mail, legacies and community fundraising and substantial experience of managing and analysing multi -discipline income and expenditure budgets.

Demonstrable experience of working in a Gift Aid related income stream is essential, as is an excellent understanding of fundraising compliance.
