Business Development Director

We are looking for a highly capable and experienced Business Development Director to enable us to support as many young people as possible through our innovative and award winning programmes.

You will be a key member of the senior leadership team with a focus on positively changing lives, by delivering an initial annual income requirement in excess of £1.4million. You will be responsible for leading and managing the development of income generation, stakeholder engagement and influencing activities to ensure funding is secured to support Twenty Twenty’s ongoing activities. You will develop and lead the fundraising team to achieve required annual income growth and will take an active and effective role as part of TwentyTwenty’s senior leadership team.
