Head of Funding and Marketing

We are currently recruiting a proactive and ambitious Head of Funding and Marketing.

This is a pivotal role in the senior management team with responsibility for identifying programme funding and business development opportunities while providing key strategic support to the Wales Director.

As well as fundraising, a large part of this role is identifying how our communication and events team can promote and raise the profile of BITC Cymru to support Business Development through high impact, highly visible marketing campaigns and events, including the high-profile Wales Responsible Business Awards.

This role will line manage both the Events and Communications Managers.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of Welsh government structures and experience of the process of completing public funding applications.  They will have excellent communication and campaigning skills to convey the importance of our work while proactively sourcing new opportunities for income generation while developing our existing network of funders through effective marketing campaigns.
