Job Description

Would you like to make your mark with a small, dynamic and well established environmental charity working to protect National Parks? Campaign for National Parks is looking for an exceptional fundraising all rounder to take their fundraising forward.

Campaign for National Parks is an ambitious charity that seeks to inspire everyone to enjoy and look after the National Parks in England and Wales. It does this by protecting these iconic landscapes from threats, campaigning to make them even more beautiful and making sure they are accessible to everyone to enjoy.

We are looking for a fundraising manager on a full time, or four days a week, basis to help us achieve our campaigning aims by diversifying and growing our fundraising. As an integral part of this small organisation, your fundraising activity will be broad based including direct marketing, online fundraising, 'Friends' membership, trusts and corporate supporters, and fundraising events.

To succeed in this broad role you will need an excellent fundraising track record, the ability to combine strategic thinking with delivery of operational work and experience of CRM systems. You will be an outstanding and compelling communicator and someone who can thrive within a small team and will ideally also have experience of working for a campaigning organisation.

Closing date: 11.59pm on Thursday 1 February

Interviews will be held at our office on either Thursday 15 or Wednesday 21 February. Please indicate in your covering letter if you would not be available for interview on either of these dates.
