You can help create a society who cares for the people who care for it.

As Partnership Manager you will engage with organisations and motivate them to join our organisational membership programme and to sponsor the Cavell Star Awards.

Organisations already involved in these programmes range from NEXT and Lloyds Pharmacy Clinical Homecare to new and agile apps and to public sector bodies which make healthcare happen in the UK. We’ve made a great start. Now we need you to help us scale up.

About you and about the role

You will have significant experience of finding and developing partnerships, so experience of new business development and sales are essential. Knowledge of UK healthcare is also important but not essential. We’d love to hear from you!

Working closely with and amplifying the work of our Chief Executive, you will be as happy finding decision makers at conferences and events as you are further developing an approach to engaging with organisations. This is an excellent opportunity to develop as a leader.

• Innovate - Your ideas will have an impact on all levels of our organisation and your solutions to complex problems will ensure we maximise our potential.

• Persuade – How you communicate will draw people to our cause and your passion to achieve will identify and exploit the best opportunities.

• Attitude – Your positive, can-do outlook will mean you’re organised and have great attention to detail on the one hand, and will also mean you keep our members, sponsors and beneficiaries at the heart of everything we do.

Being part of the team at Cavell Nurses’ Trust you will have the chance to transform the lives of nurses in hardship each day.

The contract is for 35 hours a week, with occasional and planned weekend or evening work. You will need a valid UK driving license and to be insured for business travel. The package includes a 5% employer contribution pension.

Successful candidates will be invited to interview on 17th July 2018.

Interviews will be held on 20th and 23rd July.
