We have a vacancy for a Development Associate, Alumni and Supporter Engagement in our busy and successful Clare Development Office.

Development Associate, Alumni and Supporter Engagement
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 p.a FTE, depending on experience.
Location: Cambridge
Contract: Maternity Cover
Hours: Full or Part Time (60 -100% FTE)

The Development Associate provides support to both alumni relations and fundraising. The Associate has responsibility co-ordinating Clare's the Family and Friends Scheme, Alumni Council/Year Group Representatives and working to create successful lifelong affinity programmes and events to enhance volunteerism and support for the College.

In consultation with Development managers, the Development Associate will create and implement annual plans for measured improvements in various aspects of the College's engagement programme.

The successful applicant will be proficient in MS office and will have prior knowledge of Raiser's Edge database.

This is a maternity cover contract and will end on the return of the member of staff from maternity leave.  We are looking for someone to join the team in January 2018 and ideally would like the successful applicant to work full time but would also welcome applications from applicants who can work between 60-100% FTE.
