Dementia devastates lives. By 2021, 1 million people will be living with the condition. But dementia won't win. Until the day we find a cure, Alzheimer's Society will be here for anyone affected by dementia - wherever they are, whatever they're going through. Everything we do is informed and inspired by them.

We are the UK's leading dementia charity. Every day, we work tirelessly to find new treatments and, ultimately, a cure for dementia. We provide expert information, training, and support services to all those who need our help. And we are creating a more dementia-friendly society so people with the condition can live without fear and prejudice.

About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Community Fundraiser to cover West Northern Ireland and join our Northern Ireland Regional Fundraising team. You will be joining two other Community Fundraisers covering and raising funds in their own areas as well as working with the Northern Ireland Corporate, Legacy and Memory Walk fundraisers. If you have a passion and skill for supporting volunteer fundraisers, this is an exciting opportunity for you to build on your volunteer management experience, and truly make your mark in this rapidly expanding national charity.

About you
We are looking for great and varied fundraising skills and experience of recruiting, managing and working with volunteers to deliver organisational objectives. A proven track record in achieving financial and non-financial targets and good working knowledge of budgets is also essential. You will be part of a fun, busy fundraising team where no day is the same.

If you are ambitious, innovative, self-motivated and target driven then we want you!

Alzheimer's Society is committed to equal opportunities.
