About the Role: 

Factory farming is the biggest form of animal cruelty on the planet and one of the biggest contributors to climate change, their mission is to end factory farming. 

They are looking for a communications specialist, with experience in leading press, social media and digital communications strategies. This role has overall responsibility for increasing public awareness of our issues, the organisation and the potential solutions as a way of driving change and ending factory farming. 

You will lead a team at HQ, and coordinate work across Europe and beyond. This role encompasses global work, in an organisation that is on the brink of investing in and pushing for real growth. 

You will contribute, as a leader in their Global Engagement Team, to driving forward shared and integrated bold targets for the organisation, including increasing our supporter base. 

Your role is to set the overarching communications approach and strategy for the organisation; serving campaigns and fundraising, including proactive communications management, leading media activities and messaging, supporting international offices’ communications and media teams, and driving continuous improvement in our communications. 

You may have experience of the following: Head of Communications, Head of Influencing and Communications, PR, Public Relations, Communications Manager etc.
