About the Head of Fundraising role

We have created this new post to provide strong leadership for an ambitious fundraising team, seeking to support the equally ambitious Compton Care strategy. This post is vital to ensure that we create a sustainable strategy for growth and become the charity of choice for the Black Country and neighbouring counties.

You will report directly to the Director of Income Generation and will be a key member of the Income Generation leadership team.
