Fundraising Officer

The role is based in London Fields although a home based position will be considered.

We are looking for a self-motivated fundraiser to join our charity and help us to meet our funding targets. In this position, you will research, prepare and submit funding applications, identify key contacts amongst our funders and maintain effective relationships with them. Working alongside other members of our programme team, you will ensure applications are supported with evidence based reports and that funders receive information and reports as required.                           

It is essential that you have the ability to write compelling and successful fundraising proposals and a familiarity with current foundation, trust and government fundraising landscape for NGOs. Ideally, you should also have good analytical and organisational skills along with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
