About the role

Coram is currently seeking an Individual Giving and Database Executive. This is a crucial position and we are looking for a very strong candidate to support the Individual Giving team. You will be a confident administrator with a good background in supporter care and used to working with a database, (preferably Raiser’s Edge, although training will be provided). You must have a passion for dealing with supporters with empathy and compassion. You will also support the Individual Giving Manager in delivering successful Direct Marketing appeals. In addition, you will be able to plan, manage conflicting priorities and deliver to targets and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, an attention to detail and a flexible work ethic are essential.

This varied and interesting role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their existing customer service and database skills as well as learning new disciplines.

Coram is based on our Bloomsbury campus, between Holborn and Kings Cross in central London.
