Corporate Partnerships Senior Executive 

Refuge is the UK's largest provider of specialist services for victims of all forms of gender-based violence (domestic, sexual, so called 'honour' violence, trafficking, prostitution, forced marriage, stalking and FGM). Every day they support over 5,000 women and children in their national network of services. These include Independent Domestic, Sexual and Gender-based Violence Advocacy services (IDVAs / ISVAs and IGVAs), community outreach, specialist refuge accommodation, sanctuary services and culturally-specific services and the Freephone 24 Hour National Domestic Violence Helpline (run in partnership between Refuge and Women's Aid). They advise Government and lobby hard to keep violence against women and girls high on the public agenda. They run award-winning prevention and public education campaigns, managing a busy press office and website, and they are an accredited training provider. They give a voice to the voiceless. 

Position: Corporate Partnerships Senior Executive

Salary: £32,405 - £36,236 (Band 1)

About the role: 

This is an extremely exciting time for an experienced corporate partnerships fundraising executive to join the innovative, passionate and dynamic fundraising team at Refuge. 

This role will account manage some of our most exciting partnerships and work closely with the corporate partnerships senior manager to develop and implement Refuge’s ambitious corporate partnership strategy to meet partnership objectives and income targets. You will establish creative stewardship and cultivation strategies to develop and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate opportunities and inspire valuable, long-term relationships. 

About you: 

You will have experience of working closely with corporate partners and will be confident working in a busy office environment, managing a range of tasks. You will be an energetic, highly motivated individual with a passion for Refuge's work. You will have outstanding inter-personal and organisational skills.
