We’re looking for a talented charity development professional, with a strong track record in relationship building and successful fundraising. We’re evolving and growing as a charity so you’d be joining us at a brilliant time to help realise that vision. We need your skills and experience as they will make a massive difference to those in the community who we support and work with.

We’re implementing change and growth to how we work to meet the increasing needs of those we serve through our four project areas. Our future plans include extending that existing work to offer move-on accommodation, increasing awareness and understanding of the situations our clients face and building on the great partnerships we have across the city. You would be at the heart of our development activity, with the Fundraising and Communications team as a whole enabling the work to happen.  We’re looking for someone who can bring experience of delivering fundraising targets (ours is ~£700K in 2018/19), leading a team and engaging wider stakeholders through building strong relationships.

As Development & Relationships Manager (Fundraising) you will be a full member of the Senior Management Team, reporting to the CEO.

  • Salary: from £27k PA, paid on a pro-rata basis if not full-time.  
  • Full-time: 40 hours per week but open to consider part-time of 32 hours per week.
  • Work place pension with matched contribution of up to 5%.

Crisis Centre Ministries is a Christian charity that has been working in Bristol for over 30 years. We are dedicated to helping those with life disrupting problems, such as food poverty, homelessness and addiction, to establish healthy and independent lives.
