Database Appeals Executive

Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.

We are currently recruiting for a Database Appeals Executive to join our Supporter Appeals team and:

• deliver a data led approach to maximise income from direct marketing
• contribute to the results and impact analysis of all direct marketing activity.

About the role

As Database Appeals Executive, you will work alongside the Senior Database Appeals Executive to produce data for complex mailing, email, digital and telemarketing campaign selections.  You will also provide support on the production and ongoing maintenance of all data requirements within Supporter Engagement, to inform and influence the strategic direction of the organisation.

About you

To be successful in this role you have experience of advanced data validation and manipulation techniques, using Microsoft Excel/Access and have a strong knowledge of Raisers Edge or a similar fundraising platform.
