About us

Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.

It is a fantastic time to join Crisis’ fundraising team. Our Supporter in the Room philosophy is establishing us as sector leaders in the realm of supporter experience. Fundraising income is growing, our department is expanding and each year we are reaching more and more wonderful supporters who share our passion to end homelessness.

About the role

This is a new role in the newly-formed Supporter Experience team, focussed on delivering a sector-leading supporter experience for all our audiences. As Legacy Executive, you will be responsible for driving forward all aspects of our legacy fundraising. You will increase our range of legacy proposals, create outstanding communications, and inspire more supporters to consider leaving a gift in their will to Crisis.

As our legacy expert, you will manage a budget for products, direct marketing and administration. You will work with teams from across Crisis to deliver legacy content and experiences – across all media - that delight our supporters and convey our gratitude for their support.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience of working in legacy giving, knowledge of direct marketing and experience of producing customer-focussed communications.

Skilled at project management, working with internal and external partners, you will have excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple deadlines.

You will also bring creativity and passion for both fundraising and delivering outstanding supporter care.

Benefits

As a member of the team you will have access to a wide range of employee benefits including:

  • Interest free loans to purchase a train season ticket or a bike or for a deposit to secure a tenancy
