Crossroads Care has been providing support to unpaid carers in Gloucestershire since 1971.  Our aim is to provide a range of services that respond to the individual needs of family carers to improve their own health and wellbeing by giving them time to themselves and take a break from their caring role.  Our services include one to one support in the home, Azalea Day Clubs, Memory Clubs and an Out & About activities service.

Diversifying our income streams is a key strategic area, including increasing our charitable income. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Trust and Grant Fundraiser to play a vital role to enable the organisation to consolidate and expand its work across its area of benefit.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will take responsibility for raising funds from trusts, grants, institutional funders and other suitable funding organisations to meet our expected target for 2018 and beyond.

You will have a proven track record in research and communication skills to produce detailed and compelling multiple grant/funding application forms along with strong monitoring and evaluation skills.  You will be a great relationship manager, able to secure and build long term partnerships.  You will work across the organisation, collaborating with operational colleagues to achieve funding goals in a supportive, ambitious and friendly environment.

If this opportunity interests you, please send a supporting statement together with your C.V telling us about your experience and why you think you meet the role requirements.
