An exciting opportunity has risen in our Fundraising and Communication department for an experienced database manager, to manage the fundraising CRM database Raiser Edge, and lead on the effective processing and communications with Supporters to attract, retain and maximise support. You will play a key role in managing and developing our fundraising department’s Raiser’s Edge database and supporter care processes to ensure we engage with supporter as effectively as possible. To enable the development of strong relationship with supporters to maximise retention and life time value.

As well as day to day responsibility for the supervision of the data management processes across the team, you will support the delivery of fundraising campaigns making recommendation based on analysis of data about how to maximise and retain financial support developing new ways of acquiring and retaining financial support.

Experience of working in a fundraising or charity database/supporter care role is essential, along with experience of donor acquisition and management of a supporter / CRM database.  Target driven and self-motivated, you will have a thorough knowledge of the principles behind efficient data management, along with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Experience of Raiser’s Edge will also be essential.
