Development Officer

Lincoln College is seeking a highly motivated and effective Development Officer, who will have particular responsibilities for managing the annual fund programme. The role also includes responsibility for managing some events, and scope for personally soliciting some leadership annual fund gifts. Lincoln will be launching a new campaign next year, with a focus on using social media and online giving platforms, and this is an opportunity to join a dynamic and creative development office.

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent; an evident understanding of the importance of fundraising within higher education; and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. We are also looking for evidence of strong organisational ability and it is an advantage to have experience with a relational database such as Raiser’s Edge.

Salary will be in the range £24,298-£28,982 per annum depending on experience, with 30 days annual leave, pension scheme and other benefits.
