Our Individual Giving Unit recruits, retains and develops the support of individuals and households in the UK. We have a really exciting opportunity to join the Unit as a Direct Marketing Executive. You’ll play a crucial role in managing the implementation of on and offline fundraising campaigns, to maximise response and lifetime value of existing supporters.

You will be responsible for working closely with creative and telemarketing agencies, as well as internal teams, to deliver fundraising and stewardship campaigns to our supporters. You will support the development of strategy, managing campaigns end to end including briefing external agencies, managing print and production and conducting end of campaign analysis.

You will be able to demonstrate marketing and fundraising experience, particularly in direct marketing and/or retention and development, working in a target and results driven environment. You will also have excellent project management skills, good attention to detail and proven experience of working with a supporter database, as well as managing agencies and suppliers.
