This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and creative fundraiser who is driven by values and targets 

Based in South Westminster, the Cardinal Hume Centre offers a wide range of services to homeless people and the local Westminster community, enabling them to gain the skills to break out of poverty and homelessness. 

Position: Director of Fundraising 
Location: London 
Salary: £53,000 per annum 
Contract Type: Permanent 
Hours: negotiable with 32 hours per week being the minimum.

Anticipated First Round Interview Date: 18th May 2017 
Anticipated Second Round Interview Date: 24th May 2017 

About The Role: 

The successful candidate will be at the heart of implementing their organisational strategy, working with the CEO and the senior management team delivering their overall objectives. Their Trustees are fully committed to fundraising and the successful candidate will find there are real opportunities to increase income from a number of sources. 

About You: 

You will have experience in a senior position or be looking to take the next step up. Managing a successful and motivated team, you will report directly to the CEO in a role that will make a real difference to people’s lives. 

You will also have substantial fundraising experience and can demonstrate an impressive track record of growing your donor base and successfully generating voluntary income of some £2 million. 

To succeed in this role you will clearly identify with their founding ethos, their vision and their values. . You will also be an inspiring and supportive leader who can motivate your team, colleagues and supporters. Your interpersonal and communication skills will be exceptional. 

You may have experience of the following: Head of Fundraising, Charity, Charities, Third Sector, Regional Fundraising, Not For Profit, Fundraising Manager etc.
