This exciting role will involve delivering a range of marketing and fundraising activities. We're looking for a dynamic, experienced person for this diverse role. The role's key focus is leading a team to increase support for our mission and secure maximum resources from an optimum mix of income streams.

The successful candidate will be confident deriving best value from existing sources and new opportunities and translating strategic objectives into marketing and fundraising plans. 

You will be identifying fundraising priorities and ensuring fundraising targets are met. You'll research and write bids to funders and ensure that agreed targets for net membership recruitment and retention are achieved. You will make sure members of the Trust receive a high quality service, supported by clear and persuasive communications which enhance their relationship with the charity and identify needs and priorities for the Trust’s communications.

You will oversee the Trust's visitor centres, ensuring agreed budgets are delivered and manage the work of the Visitor Centre staff

Plus you will present a high-profile, positive and engaging corporate identity for the Trust across all aspects of its work.

Accountable to: Chief Executive, WWT

Hours: The post is full-time (35 hours per week)

Interviews: Week beginning 13th March 2017 at the Trust headquarters (exact date to be confirmed).
