Trusts & Major Donor Manager

As Trusts and Major Donor Manager you’ll be responsible for developing relationships with and securing significant gifts from Trusts and Foundations and Major Donors. By making sure the bids you write and the relationships you develop are donor specific and meaningful, you’ll use research and insight to tailor our message to a range of different audiences to achieve maximum impact.

£30,090 - £38,250 per annum (depending on experience)
Norwich or Cambridge
Full time

You’ll be able to move seamlessly between projects and be confident in your approach, creating a unique journey and feel to each engagement. An experienced Trust application author you’ll be equally comfortable making the case for our service in person, whether in meetings with Major Donors and prospects, or at the cultivation events you have helped to plan.

You’ll become an expert on our work through your relationships with our Operations teams and clinical crews, and will use your skills to make their stories come alive for some of our most valued supporters. Your reports for Trusts and Major Donors will demonstrate impact and confirm that their donations are supporting an essential service.

Ultimately, your work will ensure our donors know how much we appreciate them; creating meaningful experiences and securing the long-term support our life-saving crews need to stay in the air.
