East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is the charity providing a helicopter emergency medical service (HEMS) for the people of East Anglia. Since our launch in 2000 we have attended over 20,000 lifesaving missions, touching the lives of many thousands of people.

Volunteer Development Officer
Location: East Anglia - flexible location, with some home working possible
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum

Our dedicated volunteers are integral to the success of the Charity, and in this exciting role you will be responsible for recruiting and managing volunteer fundraisers across Suffolk.

Reporting to the Suffolk Fundraising Manager, you will focus on managing and building on existing volunteer led activities to grow our income. You will use your proven experience in volunteer management to identify and implement new volunteer roles across Suffolk to support fundraising activity and the recruitment of volunteers across the wider region.

Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will allow you to support and empower our volunteers to ensuring they are confident and have the necessary resources to carry out their roles effectively and ultimately ensure they have a great experience throughout their time with us.
