You will work as part of the senior team at Elmhurst Ballet School, providing strategic direction and leadership, as well as hands on implementation in the areas of fundraising, marketing, communications, alumni relations and outreach.  In particular, you will grow both annual philanthropic funding and the school’s student-support investment fund to agreed targets, and raise the profile of the school, locally, nationally and internationally, at the same time enhancing its reputation, to attract the most talented students.

This is a challenging role, working with an in-house team of two, along with outsourced specialists and volunteers.  The successful applicant will have experience across all facets of this full-service Development function, and ideally will have an interest in dance, education and securing the futures of young people.
