As Face to Face Fundraising Programme Manager here at Greenpeace, you’ll play a key role in steering and delivering this crucial programme at a time of exciting growth and innovation.

Greenpeace is a global campaigning organisation that acts to change attitudes and behaviour, to protect and conserve the environment and to promote peace. To stay independent, we never accept money from corporations or governments, instead relying on donations from individual supporters. Your track record in fundraising will put you in the best position, to help us make a real impact on the planet’s biggest challenges.

Reporting into the National Face to Face Operations Manager, you will be tasked with delivering a stable, cost effective door programme. You’ll bring fresh ideas and impetus to a growing team that’s breaking new boundaries, embracing new technology such as VR, and elevating our all-round commitment to F2F as we work to double support within 5 years. You’ll be expected to manage and grow it within strict financial parameters, to steer its strategic direction and to deliver sustainable growth.

In doing so, you’ll be leading by example, encouraging personal development through proactive coaching and - as a vital member of the F2F management team - working collaboratively across all areas of recruitment, training and the high profile festivals programme to provide support and continually assess opportunities for innovation.

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual with proven achievements in F2F fundraising management, including a substantial door to door background and experience of delivering effective recruitment, training, motivation and development.

As well as having the ability to drive and deliver results, you’re also good at building strong working relationships with external partners and internal departments. You have the creativity to thrive in a culture that invites change and promotes innovation, backed up by the numerical skills and proficiency to develop and manage budgets. Since you will also be expected to visit teams around the country, the flexibility to travel – sometimes for several days at a time – is also required.

You must be able to demonstrate that you are eligible to work in the UK
