The Individual Giving Manager will:

  • Work closely with colleagues across the fundraising and communications team to increase our supporter base and income from individual giving
  • Build and deliver communications programme across multiple channels to recruit new donors and increase the engagement of our existing supporters
  • Analyse and segment data, which you will use  to develop inspiring and engaging supporter journeys, increasing loyalty and life-time value

They will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience of individual giving, ideally donor acquisition & supporter engagement
  • Experience using CRM databases to analyse and segment data, & support donor stewardship
  • Compelling copywriting skills with the talent to inspire and engage

Ideally, this position is offered on a full time basis (37.5hrs) however we are open to considering flexible working or part time hours for the right candidate.
