Senior Fundraising Manager

Job Description

FitzRoy is a national charity, committed to transforming lives for people with learning disabilities and autism. We support more than 800 people across England in 77 services where we push beyond traditional care and address the many misconceptions about what life for a person with disabilities should be like.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Trust & Major Donor Manager to join the fundraising team on a part time basis in Petersfield, Hampshire. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, Fundraising & Communications, the role will be responsible for securing income from national & local trusts, foundations & grant making organisations in line with agreed income targets.

We are seeking an excellent communicator, experienced in developing & nurturing lasting relationships with grant giving bodies. A comprehensive and inspirational writer, the successful candidate will be confident working on detailed & complex bids, identifying & understanding the fundraising need & turning that into an inspirational story.
