Fundraiser (Major Donors)

AWM-Pioneers is moving into a new phase to sustain and develop its fundraising function as we look to mobilise more people passionate about mission and church-planting among Arab peoples.

We are seeking to enhance our Loughborough team by recruiting a fundraiser with experience in major donor and events fundraising.

Roles and responsibilities

You will be responsible for the co-ordination of a portfolio of existing and prospective major donors. The post-holder will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities for growth, working closely with the Fundraising Manager to explore areas for more giving and long-term partnerships.

You will also support the Fundraising Manager as we sustain our current fundraising function. This could include support with our donor segmentation, regular giving or our trusts, direct-mail and legacy fundraising.

You will be joining a growing Communications team committed to ongoing personal development with a passion to build Christ’s Church among Arab peoples.
