Fundraising and Campaigns Officer

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative fundraiser to join our team at an exciting stage of development for our organisation. You will bring experience of fundraising from a wide range of sources and have a flair for communicating a strong case for support.  This is a newly established role within the organisation, initially supported by the Heritage Lottery Fund, and presents an opportunity for a talented individual to make a positive impact on the long term future of the charity.

You will be working on a diverse range of projects, focussing on heritage but ranging from large scale capital schemes, to education and volunteering initiatives and membership schemes. You will bring a fresh approach to the Trust’s successful track record in fundraising by developing digital campaigns, launching crowd funding appeals and identifying a broader range of funding opportunities.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain experience from working with colleagues at the Trust and a fundraising consultant, who will be appointed to set a new direction for the charity’s fundraising activities.
