The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is looking to recruit an administrator to join our Fundraising and Membership team. This is an exciting time as we are soon going to be expanding our team to increase our fundraising capacity.

You will be responsible for general administrative duties as part of a small team where a degree of flexibility is required. This is a varied role and in addition to general office duties, you will maintain our donor and membership database using Raiser’s Edge.  This will include inputting and updating records, producing mail shots and generating reports.  You will also be dealing with public enquiries, co-ordinating our commemorative programme, producing copy for newsletters and websites, and assisting with event organisation.  As a highly organised individual, you should have good written, numerical and verbal communication skills and be computer literate.

You will have sound administrative and organisational skills, and will need to have good attention to detail. Experience of working with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM database is highly desirable.
