Fundraising Assistant

Multiple System Atrophy Trust (MSAT) seeks a part-time fundraising assistant for their Head office, based in Rotherhithe, London SE16. This is an ideal position for someone looking to embark on a career in fundraising.

The Multiple System Atrophy Trust (MSA Trust) is the UK’s leading support and information service for people with multiple system atrophy, their families and carers. We provide a telephone and email support line, three specialist MSA nurses and 36 regular regional support groups throughout the UK and Ireland.  We are a small national charity with a large reach, offering vital support to people affected by MSA, training health professionals and funding much needed research into the cause and a cure for what is a rare and devastating disease. 

The successful candidate will provide fundraising and administrative support to the fundraising team at the Multiple System Atrophy Trust. You will assist in building and developing fundraising relationships in the community, by providing excellent stewardship and support to our fundraising groups, volunteers and key supporters.

The ideal candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills as well as IT skills including Word processing, email and spread sheets and a working knowledge of databases.
