Fundraising Manager (Corporate) – Maternity Cover

(20 Hours per week) Salary: £27,143 pa pro rata

Do you have the passion and skills to engage and inspire corporate contacts to get behind The Y’s campaign “Youth Homelessness Ends Here in Leicestershire?” The Y is seeking a new fundraising professional with an excellent track record in relationship building and income generation from businesses and partnerships.

Our vision is for every homeless young person to have a safe place to call home and the support they need to create lasting change in their lives.  120 young people are housed by The Y every night where they are supported to develop their skills to live independently and leave homelessness behind for good. 

This post has been created to lead on corporate fundraising in the absence of the Fundraising and Communications Manager during maternity leave. Over the past two years The Y has established a new supporter base and a range of exciting fundraising events, including sponsored outdoor activities and utilising our fantastic 300 seat theatre. The post will also manage The Y’s Community Fundraiser, supporting them to maximise community relationships, raise the charity’s profile and link events with corporate supporters.
