We are seeking our first dedicated professional fundraiser to sit as part of our high performing and forward thinking staff team.  Fundraising is seen as a key factor in providing the resources necessary for our continued success.

Working alongside the senior leadership team, this exciting new post will lead on the planning and delivery of a fundraising campaign likely to include corporate, alumni trust, event and community based fundraising.  Supported by local fundraising expertise the successful candidate will professionally fundraise within the values that St. Aidan’s is so respected for.  These include compassion, respect for one another and generosity.

The Fundraising Manager will need to have up to date and relevant fundraising qualifications, be well versed in current and future changes in the regulation of fundraising activity and have at least two years recent experience of successful fundraising.  They will need to demonstrate excellent and persuasive communication skills, have a good understanding of social media and show a drive and ambition to succeed.
