Marie Curie are here for people living with any terminal illness, and their families. Marie Curie offers expert care, guidance and support to help them get the most from the time they have left.

Our Marie Curie nurses and healthcare assistants work night and day, in people’s homes across the UK, providing hands-on care and vital emotional support. Our Marie Curie hospices offer specialist round-the-clock care. And Marie Curie support people throughout their illness by giving practical information, support from trained volunteers and being there when someone wants to talk.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative fundraiser to join our Mass Participation Fundraising department. The post holder will work predominantly on Marie Curie’s flagship fundraising campaign, the Great Daffodil Appeal to support the delivery of the Collections strategy, together with the smaller Summer and Christmas Public collections.

In addition to possessing superb organisation, planning, and influencing skills, you will need a good eye for detail enabling you to create accurate reports, monitor expenditure and input to product evaluations.

As a key point of contact on collections activity across the charity, you will have an open and participative working style, and be able to prioritise your workload to ensure deadlines are achieved.

This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to make the step up from a Fundraising Officer and who is happy to juggle a diverse and often fast paced workload.

This role may close early if a sufficient number of applications are received.
