About the role

As our Grants Manager you‘ll identify and develop long-lasting and mutually-beneficial relationships with a variety of prospects from trusts through to foundations. 

You’ll research new trust, foundation and statutory fundraising opportunities and put in place plans and strategies for each donor.

You’ll also produce high quality grant applications up to six figures in partnership with the campaign and finance teams.

About you

You’ll bring experience of securing grants from trusts/ foundations and statutory funders, as well as experience of working with senior staff and volunteers in a quick and target-driven environment.  You’ll also be innovative and persuasive, keen to build on the fundraising successes to date.

We’ll be looking to you to identify new fundraising opportunities so a creative and entrepreneurial outlook is essential.

Finally, collaborative by nature you’ll work sensitively to develop fundraising opportunities with a broad range of colleagues from our campaigners through to our communications team.
