We are looking for a confident, outgoing, positive self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills to join our busy Fundraising team.

Fundraising Officer
Full-time, permanent post,
Salary circa £18,000

This is a dual role, with one aspect providing administrative support to our membership programme and implementing our membership retention activity e.g. welcome calling and retention mailings. The other aspect of the role is to devise and implement a programme of agreed fundraising initiatives e.g. In Memoriam and legacy giving, and to co-ordinate and run membership and fundraising events.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic team player and will have exceptional administrative skills. They will be adept at managing and prioritising a varied workload and will have experience of planning and delivering events. They will have an excellent telephone manner and be comfortable liaising with colleagues at all levels within the organisation and with supporters of the Trust.
