Supporter Development Manager
Salary: £30,000 + pension + generous holidays
This is a permanent, full-time role.
Location: Gloucester

Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust already enjoys the support of a committed and well-established membership base. Building on this firm foundation, we are seeking an experienced Supporter Development Manager to grow all aspects of our individual giving programmes throughout the supporter journey, using sound audience insight backed up by a new CRM system and a creative approach to reaching new supporters.

The role will develop and deliver cost-effective initiatives to maximise supporter recruitment, engagement and retention, from one-off donations, regular giving, appeals, In Memoriam and legacy giving. It will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious fundraising targets in order to support the organisation’s growth.
