Are you a highly organised, analytical and collaborative individual with a proven track record of delivering insight, reporting and actionable recommendations in a mass-fundraising or marketing context? If so, Greenpeace is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help to improve our understanding of fundraising and supporter behaviour, both digitally and offline.

About this exciting opportunity

Working within our dynamic Data, Planning and Insight team, our successful candidate will provide a varied range of insights that will enable us to understand how best to engage effectively with all our audiences and to provide actionable recommendations to enable this.

You will be expected to engage stakeholders to provide updates, adjust analyses in a flexible manner, and ensure utility of output, plus develop and communicate a deep understanding of supporters’ cross-channel digital behaviour across fundraising and campaigning activity.

Developing and maintaining a suite of user-friendly reports and managing the rollout and staff training programme for reporting tools are key aspects of the role, as is contributing to development projects to improve our reporting and analysis infrastructure.

An outstanding communicator, both verbal and written, you will have the ability to draw out the essence of requests to determine what information is required and be able to communicate complex or technical information in an engaging and relevant way to non-technical audiences.

You will have extensive experience of MS SQL and working with a broad range of data manipulation, reporting and analytic tools, plus experience of the Salesforce platform. Strong statistical, interpersonal and collaborative skills are vital, as is support for, and belief in, the aims of Greenpeace.
