A persuasive and highly-motivated individual who is passionate about fundraising is required to work within the Development department in this outstanding independent boarding school.  The primary responsibility of this role is to assist the Director of Development in shaping and delivering the development and fundraising programme at Haileybury.

The successful candidate will play a lead role in building and strengthening relationships with Haileybury’s key constituencies through organising and managing events, instigating communications and running lower level fundraising programmes. This involves donation processing, supporter care, production of new development materials, carrying out research projects and ownership of the Annual Fund.
