We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

This will include strategic corporate partnerships, charity of the year, empoyee fundraising and sponsorship.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of securing significant income within a charity fundraising or commerical business development environment, together with an understanding of what influences funding agendas and opportunities in the corporate sector. You will be an outstanding communicator and proven relationship builder with the ability to relate with personal credibility to senior internal and external stakeholders. As a motivating leader and line managerm, you will ensure sector leading stewardship of current partners to maximise and secure their continued support.
