The NSPCC's mission is to end cruelty to children. In order to carry out its charitable work, the NSPCC relies on the fundraising support of people across the UK for over 90% of its annual income. Within Fundraising, our aim is to provide maximum resources for the NSPCC and children by working together to create the best possible donor and partner experience by building long-term relationships.

One of the defining characteristics of NSPCC fundraising is the support that is provided by volunteers based in local communities across the UK. This support is channelled through a vibrant Branch and District framework which as well as providing income through a wide range of activities, provides additional material support in the form of access to local business and  high net worth individuals. The Branch and District network is also embedded within the Society’s governance framework.

You will be leading a team of 50+ staff across the UK and will be responsible for local businesses, legacies and promoting mass participation events.

You will also be a member of the senior management team and will contribute to the overall leadership and management of the Directorate.

You will have extensive and successful staff leadership and management experience, excellent interpersonal skills and be a corporate and strategic thinker with a successful record of operating within a volunteer led environment.
