Jimmy Mizen was murdered in a violent and unprovoked attack in May 2008 on a trip to his local bakery, the day after his 16th birthday.  On that day his parents promised 2 things, that they would not be beaten by his death and that something good would come out of it.

The For Jimmy charity works closely with young people in schools, local communities and other institutions, sharing Jimmy's story as a way of promoting a sense of community and self confidence in themselves.  They are building a legacy of peace, giving young people the opportunity to turn away from a life of violence and crime and have hope for their future.   By working with young people to create Safe Havens across London and providing valuable work experience and training in their charity cafes, the charity are dedicated to making our streets safer for young people and creating responsible citizens.

As a part of the For Jimmy team, you will be supporting the charity mission to reach out to the most disadvantaged young people who are at risk of a life of crime, and be part of their vision to change the direction of their lives.

Thank you
