The Prince's Trust is a youth charity that helps change young lives. We give practical and financial support, developing key workplace skills, such as confidence and motivation. We work with 11 to 30-year-olds who have struggled at school, have been in care, are long-term unemployed or have been in trouble with the law. We have helped more than 825,000 young people since 1976 and support 100 more each working day. More than three in four young people we helped last year moved into work, education or training. We are committed to equality and valuing diversity.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to head up our Fundraising Data and Insight Team. The team is a relatively new unit with the aim of driving and developing deep and meaningful knowledge of our supporters and their engagement, whilst providing the foundations for excellence in donor care and data driven fundraising at The Prince's Trust. The teams function is not just to manage our fundraising data but to help translate it into meaningful insight which can aid decision making right across our fundraising teams, both strategically and operationally.

As a charity, we have ambitious plans to help more young people and are therefore setting out to raise more money. Data driven decision making will help underpin and drive this income growth. The recruitment of this post comes at a pivotal moment as we begin to use data at a much greater scale to manage our fundraising pipelines, gather business intelligence and communicate with our supporters. This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional candidate with a passion for developing a new and innovative vision of data driven fundraising that will help us to grow our income and support many more young people right across the UK.

The successful candidate will have first rate data modelling skills, the ability and desire to drive change and think strategically and be able to clearly demonstrate a track record of delivering high performance through a culture of data driven fundraising or sales. They will have passion for our mission of giving every young person the chance to succeed and demonstrate The Prince's Trust's values.
