Head of Fundraising

Global Justice Now is a democratic social justice organisation working, as part of a global movement, to challenge the powerful and create a more just and equal world. We mobilise people in the UK for change, and act in solidarity with those fighting injustice, particularly those in the global south.

We are looking for someone with substantial experience of fundraising to head our fundraising team, working full-time or a 4-day-week.

You will be responsible for developing our current and future fundraising strategies; designing the fundraising programme and budgets;  and managing the fundraising and supporter care team.  Most of our income is raised from our supporters – through appeals, direct debits, legacies and online donations – as well as trust and foundation grants.  This is very much a hands-on role, with personal responsibility for some areas of work, day-to-day involvement with the work of the rest of the team, and an active role in organisation-wide decisions as a member of the management team.
