Head of Fundraising

With ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting time to join us! We are looking for a creative and innovative leader, who will increase and diversify Traidcraft Exchange’s income across a range of funding streams. The post-holder will develop and lead our fundraising strategy across public giving, high net worths, trusts, foundations and corporates. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity to shape and develop the newly formed fundraising department.

A strategic thinker and excellent networker, with strong ideas about how to innovate to raise funds in a challenging environment, you will embed a target driven culture of working and be able to inspire and motivate your team and colleagues. Experienced in high net worth and trust and foundation fundraising, with a strong track record in securing substantial funding directly, you will lead by example.
