Arthur Rank Hospice supports people in Cambridgeshire who are confronting life-limiting illnesses. We have recently moved to a brand new building on the edge of Cambridge.

The Head of Fundraising will be appointed at a crucial time of growth for the Team and have a superb opportunity to help shape the plans for the future of the Department.

Head of Fundraising
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5 per week (some evenings and weekend work is required)

Based: Edge of Cambridge

Our positive and practical services deliver care, counselling and education, helping patients to live well and their families to live on. We have an outstanding reputation for excellence in palliative and end of life care.

We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership skills, experience, passion and creativity, who will work closely with our highly motivated and dedicated Fundraising Team, to increase income and introduce new initiatives.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of major donor stewardship and managing a fundraising strategy and/or increasing income. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of legislation, IoF and the Fundraising Regulations are also required.
