Head of Individual Giving

As a direct marketing specialist with extensive experience in generating income across multiple channels, you will play a central role in the delivery of the League’s marketing and fundraising strategy. You will be responsible for the development and management of the League’s Individual Giving activity, enabling the organisation to deliver its campaign strategy on a solid funding base and with a growing supporter profile.

Purpose of the Job:

• Strategic planning and delivery of Individual Giving activity to ensure that agreed targets are met in line with the League’s objectives.
• Creative, proactive management and development of the League’s acquisition and membership programmes, driving significant growth in membership and the supporter base.
• Lead on the delivery of an impactful programme of communications and events to develop and maintain relationships with supporters, and provide robust, meaningful analysis of activity delivered.
• Prepare and develop income and expenditure plans to contribute to the Marketing and Fundraising department budgets.
• Provide effective, positive management of a team of fundraisers.
• Continually monitor and evaluate team performance and fundraising initiatives,and provide comprehensive reporting of Individual Giving activity to senior management and Trustees.
